These pictures are awesome! Some of them are in my artbook too!

I believe there was a picture of one of the olders versions (With the white wig), Percy was on it too.

And one where he looks like a clown. I mean, he had orange hair an wore a lot of bright colours.

Red/orange-haired Ratcliffe....hmmmmm.

If you noticed, fat, red-haired villains/characters seem to be a recurring design in a lot of Disney works. To name a few, there's Sword in the Stone, Princess and the Frog, Mickey and the Beanstalk, and Home on the Range....and Pocahontas was going to have one...oh wait, they do! LON!! YEAH!! LOL the were going to have TWO Fat Red Heads in ONE MOVIE!!!! GADZOOKS LOLOLOL!!

Do you mean Charlottes daddy in the Princess and the Frog?
LOL! I can't remember or I have ever seen the Sword in the Stone. Which character do you mean from that movie?

I also noticed that a lot of movies have a character like Wiggins in it. I mean, human Lumiere, Ichabod Crane, one of the Fenner Brothers(one of them has the same voice as Timon in the Flemish version!!!), Clopin...
And perhaps even some non-human characters, like Timon or Zazu and Pleakley! (By the way, Timon is my second favourite Disney character. I even named my dog after him)

I like how he ended up coming out.

There's a caricature Satan look to him that works well with villainy.
